Members and supporters of the Pasadena Iraq Moratorium held a vigil on Lake Ave. at the 210 Freeway Friday at 5 PM demanding an end to the Iraq war and occupation. They also pointed out the terrible financial cost of the war, noting that the cost of only ONE day of war in Iraq would be enough to keep open 11 Los Angeles County health clinics ear-marked for closing due to a county budget deficit.
They also handed out fliers to passersby inviting people to join the upcoming anti-war march set for Hollywood, Saturday, March 15, beginning at 12 noon at Hollywood and Vine.
