Won't you join us this month and increase our presence as we demonstrate against the Iraq War? It's energizing and enjoyable to act with others who share your desire for peace! If you have been thinking about how you could make a peaceful, non-violent personal statement against the war, this is a great activity. The Idaho Peace Coalition will hold the monthly Boise Iraq Moratorium on Friday, May 16. We will hold a one hour-long action protesting the war by lining a downtown intersection during the afternoon commute. Last month, 25 people holding signs joined the demonstration. Many, many motorists responded positively to our messages. Just show up, grab one of our signs (or bring one of your own) and spend one hour working for peace. Hope you'll join us.The place is still undecided. People will just have to check the Idaho Peace Coalition website for the calendar during the week of the action.
