This month Iraq Moratorium Third Friday coincides with a granny gathering at Cafe Sophia. With encouragement from Sophia Omar, owner and chef at this popular Raging Granny hangout, we will serenade the patrons. Come for the baklavah, stay for the entertainment!

Members of the Raging Grannies Action League do an action for peace every third Friday of the month, and on many other days of the month as well! Friday May 16 (third Friday) we serenaded patrons at Cafe Sophia in Palo Alto. Patrons came for the cuisine of Afghanistan and stayed for the entertainment! More photos here.
